Training Course Overview - MSP

Managing Successful Programmes (MSP™)

Audience

The same basic course is presented to all levels of delegates.  Not everyone wishes to undertake the accreditation examinations but simply to gain an understanding of the fundamental principles of programme management.

The MSP examinations (Foundation and Practitioner) provide successful delegates with an internationally recognised qualification.  Delegates may choose the level at which they seek accreditation.

The Foundation is typically for those who will be involved in programme management, but not necessarily in a leading role, programme support office staff being a good example.  The Foundation level training may also be appropriate for business executives sponsoring a programme or business change managers.
Although for the last two groups of people we would recommend a 1-day in house.

Overview

The Practitioner level is for anyone requiring an in-depth understanding of MSP, particularly current or prospective programme managers.

Objective

To understand the benefits provided by programme management and the specifics of the MSP principles and processes.
