Risk Management Audience
Background Effective Risk Management is a critical element of Project Management. Projects may fail for many reasons, but an all too common problem is failure to correctly identify the risk elements of the project and to put in place effective risk management plans. The Risk Management approach outlined in this course is based on the Australian Risk Management Standard together with a range of practical tips and techniques that should be used to effectively control the risks of a project. Objectives On completion of this course delegates are expected to be able to: Topics Case Study A case study runs throughout the course providing practical exercises that serve to reinforce lecture sessions. An opportunity exists to apply the theory to your real projects during this case study work. Pre-requisites Ideally delegates should: Duration 1 day 9.00am – 4.30pm.
